What are the day to day duties?

The graduate role will include time spent in the following divisions: 

Product development and management
System Design & Proposals.
Project Engineering and technical support

You will:

Undertake Product development activity supported by an experienced Product Development Manager;
Concept, outline and detailed design including matching market needs (User requirement Specification), feasibility and technical assessment, safety reviews 
Develop and manage product documentation including datasheets, Installation, Operating and Maintenance manuals. 
Provide technical support to existing products
Undertake Design and Proposals activity supported by an experienced Technical Manager
Assist with defining scope adequately for the duty and the process.
Assist with the design to match the scope and be responsible for selecting and sizing of products, system mass and heat balances, pressure drop calculations, logistics etc. 
Produce accurate costing sheets and comprehensive proposal documents.
Actively participate in peer or internal management reviews of proposals prior to submission
Undertake Project Engineering activity supported by an experienced Project Manager
Plan and organise project activities
Detailed design, specification and procurement requisitions for non standard items
Assist with project coordination including site meetings
Assist with installation supervision and commissioning duties.
Assist with project documentation and handover to customer
Liaise with Service team to plan ongoing maintenance
