Role Summary :

As a Process Engineer, the candidate is responsible for overall process application across the sites and ensure that operating plan targets are met or exceeded in a safe and compliant manner. Works with associated Customer / Operations Team/ Internal business as a single point of contact for any process related scope of work. He should Work on Process optimization and demonstrate the value additions. Responsible for contractual and Operational Data capture and Data Analysis and support the team for trouble shooting technical issues at site. Should Possess interpersonal communication skill and have problem-solving attitude. He should have hands-on experience on working with various water and waste water treatment technologies like MBR, UF, NF, RO, Clarifiers, EDI etc in operation and maintenance.  

Essential Responsibilities / Expectations :

• Ensure all sites are working as per contractual and Operational KPI’s and avoid any customer escalation, KPI Penalty, Plant Downtime
• Single point of contact for any Technical support for the sites and support site FSR to solve any technical issues by site visits/ Online support and improve customer satisfaction.
• Responsible for contractual and Operational Data capture and Data Analysis and support the team for trouble shooting technical issues at site in a structured and Proactive approach.
• Provide visibility to business on the status of the Plants/Sites
• Weekly / Monthly review meeting with Site FSR/ AC Managers/ Customers to review plant performance and support.
• Implementation of all EHS standards applicable for operation and carry out EHS inspection Service plan for each treatment unit to meet KPI

• Implementing best practices at site and demonstrate value additions services to customer

Educational Qualification :

Bachelor’s degree/certificate in Engineering (chemical/ Mechanical) / master’s in science

Experience Required :

4 - 7 years’ work experience in sea water desalination, water & wastewater treatment plants and at least 2-3 years of hands-on experience in operation and maintenance.
