  • Integration (Intermediate): Integrates activities and direction across specific workgroup for multiple region. Manages more broader functional level through specialists, Engineering Manager and Individual Contributor



  • Responsible for delivery of all aspects of Engineering within Technical/Commercial/Schedule and quality requirements for Project Engineering.
  • Provide technical guidance on the basic, procurement and detail engineering aspects
  • Excellent knowledge on the individual discipline engineering and deliverables
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering documents and drawings
  • Ability to review P&ID, PFD & BFD
  • Ability to assess quantum of work, provide engineering estimates
  • Performs discipline design tasks which regularly require the application of fundamental engineering concepts.
  • Should have a fundamental understanding of water and waste water treatment plant product lines.
  • Able to make decisions in a timely manner with full understanding of those decisions which are based on accurate analysis
  • Able to suggest improvements to products and existing work methods keeping abreast of Industry developments
  • Recognizes emerging patters and makes connection among data and issues; identifies and responds to dynamic business changes and drives business Y’s in the department
  • Think outside of the box to provide competent and technical solutions
  • Communicates clearly, concisely and confidently with Internal/External stakeholders
  • Negotiates effectively with Internal/External stakeholders
  • Interacts effectively with individuals from different backgrounds and cultures
  • Being fully aware of the operational Key Performance Indicators(KPI) for the teams, projects and able to prioritize, optimize and democratize resources across teams for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Able to front-end team challenges and constraints and resolves in the best possible manner by showing collaborative stake holder ship.
  • Builds effective relationship with clients, suppliers and colleagues
  • Shows an understanding of the need to minimize commercial risks to the organization.
  • Identifies problems and acts on them accordingly, involving others where necessary.

Engineering Degree -- Mechanical or Chemical Engineering with 15+yrs
