Role Summary :

The person will be responsible for overseeing the development and success of VWTS/VWT products in SA region. He/she plays a critical role in the success of Veolia’s product line by understanding the market, working with cross-functional teams, and making data-driven decisions to meet customer needs and exceed business goals.

Essential Responsibilities / Expectations :

• Conducting market research to identify customer needs and market trends.
• Developing product strategies, roadmaps, and feature prioritization
• Working closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and engineering to ensure successful product development and launch.
• Conducting user testing and gathering feedback to make data-driven decisions.
• Analyzing product performance and making recommendations for improvements or new features
• Ensuring products meet regulatory and compliance standards.
• Managing the product budget and making decisions about resource allocation
• Communicating product updates and releases to stakeholders and customers

Educational Qualification :

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field
• Experience in the industry or market WTS serves is a plus

Experience Required :

Min 15 Years and Max 20 Years of experience in Product/proposal/Project Management with a minimum of 5 years of experience in water industry. Total Number of years of experience can be relaxed if there is a suitable profile.
