Role Summary

The candidate will demonstrate technical expertise in developing electrical basic & detail design document, coordination with various disciplines and client to finalize the inputs and tie in points, provide procurement support and review post order vendor documentation

Essential Responsibilities / Expectations

• Candidate from EPC background and Water Treatment Plant’s/ Power/ Oil & Gas is preferable.
• Candidate must familiar with international code and standard, NEC IEC.
• Preparation of Specification & Drawings related to Water Treatment Plant’s/Oil and Gas Electricals & Instruments.
• Candidate must knowledge on MCC Panel like Type tested panel, compartmental panel and electrical comments.
• Preparation of Detail Engineering like Cable Schedule, Cable Tray & Earthing Layouts
• Preparation of Key SLD
• Preparation of Protection SLD
• Preparation of AC, DC & Auxiliary SLD’s
• Preparation of Overall Plot Plan Layout  Preparation of Bus-duct layouts, IPBD, SPBD, NSPBD, etc
• Preparation of Cable Routing Layout, Cable Tray Layout - indoor and outdoor & BOM
• Preparation of Cable Duct-bank Layout & BOM  Preparation of Electrical Equipment Layouts
• Preparation of Cable schedule & BOM  Earthing Layout & BOM
• Preparation of Lightning Protection Layout & BOM
• Lighting Layout – Indoor and Outdoor & BOM
• Vendors Engineering - Drawing Review & Comments
• Preparation of Instrument Hookup drawing BOM/BOQ
• Owns Engineering deliverables.

Educational Qualification: Bachler’s Degree in Electrical Engineering

Qualification Requirements and Characteristics

• 8-12 years of experience specifying and applying electrical and controls equipment in water treatment process plants.
• Expertise with AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, word  Expertise with Low Voltage System design in European, including IEC standards.
• Excellent quantitative, analytical, problem solving, influencing, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to make good business decisions, to speak effectively before groups, including customers, and other as well as the ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or scheduled form.
• Self-motivated, ability to drive projects to completion with minimal oversight, while demonstrating significant problem-solving ability with an unfailing dedication to deadlines and commitments.
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, SAP.
• Ability to travel for extended periods of time for bubble assignments, field support and meetings across the globe.
