Finding solutions to the world's biggest water use and reuse problems has never been more important than it is right now.

 

 What your day might look like:

  • Working in partnership with the technical learning & development team to support delivery of the Strong Start experience for our new employee population
  • Building online assessments and evaluations for learning interventions
  • Collecting, consolidating, and analyzing data from these assessments and evaluations in order to produce associated reports
  • Utilizing hardware, software, and associated tools to produce “just-in-time” training materials
  • Interacting with designated subject matter experts to develop learning objectives and best practices to be included in learning interventions 

 Qualifications/Requirements

  • Strong collaboration, planning and emotional intelligence skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats
  • Experience with video/audio editing
  • Social media savvy
