Veolia Water Technologies & Solutions (VWTS) is a worldwide leader in water recovery, treatment, and reuse. We design, supply, and operate a range of water systems – from food and beverage applications, to municipal water, to microelectronics ultrapure water and heavy industrial wastewater treatment. Our portfolio includes chemicals & monitoring solutions, start-up & operation, membrane & ion exchange products, and custom engineered equipment

 

The Product Fulfilment Lead is accountable for executing orders from Aftermarket and Standard Products sales team for Veolia Ozone and UV products for customers in the municipal and industrial water treatment industries in North and South America. The Fulfilment Lead works directly with the Sales Managers, Sourcing, and Logistics team to meet the group's targets for sales and profitability while striving to ensure customer satisfaction. In addition, the Fulfilment Lead ensures that processes and metrics are in place for the team's smooth operation and ensures the procedures are being followed.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Coordination of the business sales and revenue forecast.

  • Compare and report actuals to forecast.

  • Follow-up and coordinate on the order fulfilment (back-office activities):

  • Receive and process customer PO, coordinate with sourcing to procure the material, provide the service, schedule.

  • Coordinate sales tracking list.

  • Coordinate the PO tracking list and its progress.

  • Ensure that contracts are billed in a timely matter to ensure meeting of Revenue targets

  • Support Sales of all ozone and UV aftermarket parts, services, and equipment Veolia can provide

  • Meet and communicate with customers to evaluate their needs for parts and services

  • Work with service technicians to ensure all customer technical inquiries are handled

  • Promote positive attitude regarding the client and ensure customer satisfaction

  • Work closely with Sales Director, Regional Business Managers, local representatives, and others on aftermarket trends, customer requirements, and resources required to meet sales goals and customer satisfaction.

 

Minimum Requirements

 

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration.

  • Ability to communicate with customers, clients and vendors.

  • 5+ plus years of relevant industry experience

  • Ability to communicate with Customer care coordinators, service techs, and internal and external customers

  • Team leadership skills and able to give direction, delegate and facilitate individual and team task completion.

  • Work closely with management in supporting company goals and deadlines.

  • SAP expertise.

  • Able to travel as needed
