Responsibilities:

  • Provide equipment recommendations, specifications, operational documentation, control algorithm programming, and general hardware and software support for equipment life chemical pumps and chemical feed systems.
  • Collaborate with equipment system integrators and suppliers to develop and execute custom-engineered solutions.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software problems for customers and field sales force.
  • Drive process improvement and enhancement tools to increase team productivity.
  • Assist the field sales team with equipment proposals and system design recommendations.
  • Develop relationships with field sales and service teams to increase quality sales opportunities.
  • Manage vendor deliverable schedules and coordinate components logistics on custom projects.

 

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, or other technical discipline) or a minimum of 5 years of experience with chemical feed and/or automation products.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal).
  • Ability and willingness to travel throughout North America (typically less than 15% of the time).
  • Prior experience or working knowledge of products such as True Sense, ICC, and PaceSetter, or open market equivalent platforms is preferred.
  • Ability to implement enhancement solutions using self-developed tools (Excel, VBA, SharePoint, etc.) is preferred.

  • Excellent analytical, organizational, planning, problem-solving, and facilitation skills.
  • Expert in the use of Microsoft Office tools and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Ability to drive projects to completion with minimal oversight.
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups and customers.
  • Preference for AutoCAD, PLC programming, and Water Treatment processes, controls, and programming in chemical applications experience.
