Job Purpose

To support the coordination and delivery of QEHSS Learning in the NAM Region in order to keep our employees safe & compliant to EHS regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Administration

  • Provide 1-2-1 support of EHS managers across the region to maintain accurate & complete training records at all times

  • Manage communication in region of any new releases, issue management, training points & performance against metrics

  • Manage relationship with all EHS training vendors in the region to ensure they are qualified and performing to expectations

  • Develop and maintain the approved internal Qualified trainer and Qualified observer lists

  • Produce and present learning reports as required.

 

Coordination

  • Booking and managing of all training courses delivered by the QEHSS Learning team and as required by EHS managers at their sites & teams

  • inclusive of managing a calendar in the approved LMS or IT system.Support the local and regional teams with the coordination and recording of local and regional initiatives. Including:

    • Delivery of short training sessions on and QEHSS Learning specific content.

    • Management of 3rd parties through to selection, set up, scheduling & invoicing

  • Maintenance and distribution of learning resources to the global audience.

  • Act as first point of contact for advice on using any QEHSS Learning processes or systems

  • Owning and developing the end-to-end administration of the QEHSS learning to ensure:

    • Data accuracy against key learning metrics.

    • Compliance against any auditable or regulatory bodies.

  • Make recommendations or raise concerns where there may be a QEHSS Learning compliance or regulatory risk.

  • Support the development & communication of QEHSS learning initiatives.

  • Work with 3rd party suppliers to ensure that the QHESS Learning maintains relevance.

 

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 2-3 years experience in a heavy administrative role working with 20+  internal customers

  • Excellent organizational & communication skills at all levels 

  • Strong technical acumen with operational systems preferable direct experience managing an Learning Management system

  • Strong experience working with 3rd party vendors (Training vendors & instructors is preferable)

  • Ability to instruct in physical or virtual classroom setting if required
