Support Operations – IT intern

 

Reporting to the Platform Architect, as part of the team, the software intern will collaborate with experienced data engineers, gaining insight into best practices, industry standards, and innovative technologies used in the development process. This will be a chance to work on real-world projects, applying your skills to solve challenges and contribute to maintaining/ developing integrations within Successfactors and have exposure to middleware technologies like Snaplogic. The candidate will also get an opportunity to work on developing reports in Tableau and Successfactors Employee Central  to support the HRIS and HRIT teams

 

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create end-to-end integration solutions using Snaplogic, and Successfactors employee central that align with business goals and technical requirements

  • Implement and configure Snaplogic pipelines to integrate diverse systems and data sources.

  • Continuously improve and optimize existing Snaplogic workflows to enhance performance, scalability, and maintainability.

  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to Snaplogic integrations, ensuring smooth and reliable operation.

  • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Snaplogic platform features, components, and best practices..

  • Other duties as assigned or requested.

  • Working with Business Analysts to understand KPI’s, and translating requirements, and building snaplogic pipelines

 

Duties & Responsibilities 

  • Experience in troubleshooting snaplogic or performance related issues and provide fixes/workarounds

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

  • Implement data quality checks and monitoring processes to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

  • Optimize and fine-tune existing data pipelines for performance, scalability, and reliability

Education & Experience

Required:

  • Studying Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related area of study

  • Interested in business agility and/or have an interest in pursuing a career path in Agile.

  • Growing understanding of product development and how the backend of a product is built and works
     

Preferred 

Working Conditions: Annual Travel at 5% of time
