We are looking for motivated individuals who are willing to think outside the box, share new ideas and take on new challenges. Successful candidates will join us between 15 August and 14 September.  The first training session will take place during October.

The main goal of the Business development manager is to develop Ecoflow business in the

Netherlands; promote this Suez product at the service of industrial customers.

The Ecoflow platform is Suez owned and has the capability to treat industrial wastewater streams

which are principally trucked to the water treatment site.

 

Minimum requirements

•           A B.Sc. or higher degree in Chemical Technologies.

•           Fluency in Dutch and English, both verbal and written

•           High competence with windows office software (especially MS Excel)

•           Possession of driving license is required

 

This position involves the following:

•           Develop ECOFLOW sales on the Netherlands territory while maintaining the existing

ECOFLOW customer.

•           Further develop and implement actionable sales strategies for the development of the

Ecoflow platform.

•           Prospect new customers and develop promotion plans

•           Work in close collaboration with the service team, the sales organization and other Suez

entities and partners. Exchange with other Ecoflow platform teams in Europe.

•           Look for new opportunities for the ECOFLOW platform (new sectors of activity).

•           Identify interesting flows and evaluate the possibility of offering ECOFLOW .

•           Analyze the technical feasibility with the Service Manager, define the proposition and

present and promote to the customer.

•           Manage commercial and contractual negotiations until the contract award.

•           Identify leads and opportunities for potentially associated water treatment related services

(mobile/rental solutions, short cycle services, maintenance works, small projects, …) and

transfer the leads if necessary.

 

Useful Skills or Abilities

 

•           Strong sense for long term customer relationship and interaction.

•           Strong influencing skills and ability to work in a matrixed organization.

•           Services sales experience within an industrial environment

•           Wastewater treatment or waste management background.

•           Fluent in Dutch and English, preferably French as well.

•           Strong proponent of prospection.

•           Having a strong personal culture around ethics and compliance.

•           Comfortable and proficient executive communication skills, clear and concise

 

communicator.

•           Service oriented

•           Excellent presentation and accurate reporting skills

•           Strong flexibility and problem-solving skills

•           Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

•           Industry knowledge would be an advantage

Key Objectives:

 

After the cross-European training program the key objective is to become a Field Service Engineer to provide on-site services at our major accounts in the water treatment industry in the Zeeland - Rotterdam area.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Upon graduation of the program, this talent should be able to take a Business Developer role in the Ecoflow business in the Netherlands. The following activities are a guideline, others can be part of the job scope:
